I cannot express how awesome Dr. Higgin and the staff here are. It has been a long time since we have seen a vet staff greet our pack of pups with smiles and excitement. Dr. Higgin is a fantastic doctor, explains everything every step of the way and genuinely takes his time. Nothing but positive experiences with everyone I have interacted with here.
Very compassionate when I brought my kittie on Thurs. 1-27-22. Dr. David was awesome/great as all of the techs. I believe one of the techs was Michelle. Peggy the front desk associate was exceptional. Everyone there were fantastic. I will definitely recommend Vet Assoc. of North Branford to all my friends.. I already recommended your vet service to my neighbor.
After my last appointment with their New Vet I was again very pleased. I just love this place and so do both of my dogs. I will be bringing my newest rescue, our cat, Zabu. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to bring their beloved pets and animals to this Veterinary.
I was unhappy with my last vets in Guilford. Several people recommended this Vet practice so I decided to give them a try. I’m happy I did. The staff at the front desk are friendly even though they’re busy. Cassandra, a very nice Vet Tech, got us ready for our first visit with Dr. Almo. Dr. Almo is so kind that my toy poodle was kissing her when she picked her up. I liked how everything was explained to me and I thought the pricing was very fair. I’m happy.
Dr. Higgins and Kimmy were amazing. They answered all of our questions and treated cooper so nicely. The visit was quick and to the point, the doctor made suggestions for coops and didn’t make us feel like we needed to do everything in the books (as we have experienced somewhere else). Everyone who works here is so nice and have great personalities. Affordable prices and will definitely be our new vet. Thank you guys!
As a new dog mom, I have had a lot of questions and concerns. The staff is kind and helpful, responding to phone, text and emails with courtesy and care.
